When using the column filter search bar, the screen does not automatically scroll back to the top when showing filtered results. Depending on a user's screen real estate, if you have scrolled down a page of documents before entering the filter search term in a column filter bar, the filtered results appear 'off screen' and a user must scroll back up to see them. This is confusing for a user who may not realize filtered results have shown at the top of the screen.
