Avoid multiple versions with every save (manual versioning)
Currently, if you open a document from LW to work on it, it creates a new "version" every time you click save. This feature would create a new version only when the document is closed (rather than needing to save a copy and upload the copy.)

Adobe Add-In / Save As
A LexWorkplace add-in (plugin) for Adobe Acrobat. Functionality would include the ability to 'Save/Save-As' PDF documents to LexWorkplace from within the Acrobat application (rather than saving elsewhere/locally, then dragging to LexWorkplace).

Drag Documents Out - To Outlook (Attach)
I know you can attach documents from LW to Outlook, but it would save a bunch of clicks if we could just drag from LW right into Outlook. Most people have multiple screens open and so this would be very efficient feature.

Replacing Deleted Files (get rid of add'l Copy #)
When a file is put to trash, and a replacement file with the same name is uploaded, the replacement file should not note "Copy 2".

put "Upload New Version" in Actions list
The only place I see to upload a new version of a document is within the document properties page, where there's a button to do so. One should also be able to upload a new version by selecting the document in the document list and using the "Actions" drop down. I don't see why there's any need to have to go into the document properties page.

Favorite / Recent / Pinned Clients
The ability to "pin," or mark as favorite, specific clients. These clients would appear in a 'Favorite Clients' view or elsewhere in a manner that makes those clients front-and-center. Similarly, the ability to see all recently viewed clients.

Files in main folders should be able to be dragged and dropped into subfolders within that main folder.

Option to Show 'Internal Notes' in Document List view
The option to show the beginning of any 'Internal Notes' for a document in the List View (EG: Matter > Documents tab). The function would show as much of the 'Internal Note' as will fit in the column (which has a user-modifiable width). As with most columns, this new column could be shown or hidden, per-user.

Add a folder when saving a new document in word
When creating a new document and saving it from the plug-in in word, there should be an ability to create a new subfolder with that plug-in.
