Rearrange columns
Hi, we have just implemented LexWorkplace and one of the big things my users want to do is rearrange the order of the columns in the Clients, Matters and Firm Documents screens, and have those changes be persistent.

Deletion of multiple versions at once
Currently you have to delete versions one-by-one. It would be nice to select multiple versions to delete all at once. Especially if a document has over 300 versions due to the creation of a new "version" every time save is hit.

Open multiple files at once
A feature where we could open multiple selected files at once. For example, if I want to open 20 pdf documents into Adobe, I would like to select them all and then right click "open all." This way I would not have to waste time individually clicking each document.

Set Users to be unable to rename clients/matters
We have it set so that only Admins can create Clients and Matters; however, users are still able to modify the names. Please add the ability to restrict editing client name and matter name to Admins only.

Document Stamping (Word)
The option to have LW automatically stamp key information into the footer of Word documents. This would include: Document ID Current Version Number Location (in LW) This makes seeing key information on physical printouts possible.

Save to Lex - Naming document
I'm really glad to have the Word/Excel integration to be able to save documents directly to Lex. However, why can I not name the document I'm saving as part of that process? If I start from a template I have to save it into Lex with the default name created by Word and then go into Lex and rename the document. Naming the document when saving it is a crucial part of the process.

Subject line option for "Sharing" files
When sending documents via the "share" function, the email subject matter reads "Documents from ____________". Having the option to allow that default text OR insert your own curated subject line would be a good addition. (example: "Jane vs. Doe - Production of documents"). This would allow (some) attorneys to find documents via outlook alone by subject matter in outlook.

Sharing multiple files from different folders
I am trying to attach multiple files from different folders in lexworkplace to send to an expert and am unable to do this. I've had to start new folders with the documents I want to share and this is inconvenient. I'd like to be able to go to each folder, check the document I want to share and attach them all to share with experts in one email.
