Feature Requests

A LexWorkplace add-in (plugin) for Adobe Acrobat. Functionality would include the ability to 'Save/Save-As' PDF documents to LexWorkplace from within the Acrobat application (rather than saving elsewhere/locally, then dragging to LexWorkplace).

Ability to use Co-Counsel within LW or vice-versa. Alternatively, ability to upload documents from LW to Co-Counsel databases directly.

The ability to save an email to a matter from a shared mailbox or resource mailbox.

Sometimes it is helpful to search for multiple words in the filter for "Document Name" or multiple document types in the "Document Type" field. If you add the ability to do Boolean searches in Matter filters, then you could.

When using the Sharing Portal with several recipients, show each of the recipients who downloaded the documents and when they were downloaded.

The ability to exclude specific folders (and all contents, including other subfolders) from automatic OCR. This may be useful for very large data sets, including (but not limited to) discovery dumps. Individual documents with such folders could still be manually OCR'd in LexWorkplace.

I know it is possible to tell if a file has been "OCR'd" or not by clicking on the eyeball preview, but this feature is only useful on a file-by-file basis. If there were a comprehensive way to see what files are not searchable it would be incredibly helpful.

I spoke with someone at Uptime support last week about this issue. We knew that there is a copy/move action. What neither of us knew was that you had to stay within the same tab for the paste function to work. This is NOT intuitive. Is it possible to allow one to paste when you open another tab? If not, there should be clearer guidance on staying within the same tab in order to use this feature.

Sometimes we need to move a document from one matter to another. It would be more efficient to have a function to move a document from one matter directly to another matter. Similar to the Worldox function. Currently, we have to download a document to a temporary file, then drag it to the new matter.

I am a new user and oftentimes in the past week have filtered a matter with many documents to see a handful. If I choose to view a document's properties because I want to review an internal note, I find that I cannot return to the filtered list of matter documents as the filter is cleared when I click back to the previous screen. Is it possible to preserve the filters?
