When sharing documents or folders, there should be an automatic expiration notice indicating after that the link will expire in 7 days. Maybe after the "this email grants access to these documents without logging in", add "and access will expire in 7 days."

Even though the recipient can request us to resend the email, this will prompt them to open the documents in a timely manner.
