Automatically Open Emails When Clicked (Email Tab)

Currently, when you click an email in the Email tab of a matter, LexWorkpalce downloads the email file, which the user must click again to open in Outlook (unless the user has configured their browser to automatically open downloaded files).
In this Feature Request, LexWorkplace would automatically open emails with Outlook, saving the user a click.

This is critical in our work environment. And if you drag an email to the documents tab, it will open as a regular email without having to download it. Not sure why it will not do the same in the email tab.
