Yes. When you seek to upload an email you CAN'T search by client name but only by "Matter." The Matter names for our clients are generic and duplicative such as "General Real Estate Matters." For this reason, the ONLY way to find the Client and upload the Email is to have the Client ID number. RIDICULOUS and very frustrating.

Hi Virginia Howard - Do you mean the Outlook addin? If so... that's actually coming (very) soon! In an upcoming update, our Outlook Addin will show the client (below the matter name) for each Matter in the Outlook addin sidebar.
