Currently the LexWorkpklace integration with Clio Manage allows for a one-way "pull" of data from Clio to LexWorkplace.

This means that (a) the import/pull is one-direcitonal, and (b) it is not a sync, changes to matters in Clio will not automatically update in Lex.

In this new proposed feature, there is a true, two-way, "always-on" sync between Lex and Clio. Changes to a matter in Clio (including various matter fields) would automatically sync to LexWorkplace.
