When downloading a folder that contains files that have been deleted from LWP, the downloaded ZIP file contains all of the previously deleted items. Since LWP merely 'hides' the files rather than truly deleting them, the download feature seems to grab all files in a folder, even if hidden. Unless the setting to show deleted files is turned on, downloading the folder should not also download the deleted items.

Our firm often downloads folders to make document review easier or when creating trial exhibits. When a downloaded folder contains deleted items, it makes it very difficult to determine which are the active files.
