The ability to add Tags to an email (similar to documents) as well as the ability to enter internal notes for any given email (also like documents).
This would necessitate a Properties screen for emails, similar to Documents, where users could create and enter notes and tags.
This would also add a 'Tags' column for the Email tab of a matter.
