This request looks to be a couple years old, but I want to add my enthusiastic support for its implementation. We would prefer to use LexWorkplace as our primary doc management system, and that means we occasionally need the ability to limit access at the file level. Even at the folder level would be useful. Since this is still being reviewed, can you suggest a best practice for HR documents? We need a folder to which only two people in the firm need and should have access, as they would contain employee personal information that shouldn’t be visible to people who have rights to the “Private” folder.
