This would also be helpful if the tabs for Documents, Emails, Notes and Sharing have indcators that there are files under that tab. For example if I add a note under the Notes tab it should read "Notes (1)", etc. This way anyone looking at the main matter screen can see that there is a note. Otherwise they would have to click on it every time, just to see if a note has been added.
