The ability to lock down the lists and tags items so that they can only be fully removed by a firm admin

This is not going to be efficient for a heavy litigation firm. We need to be able to create tags on the fly without having to wait.

I don't like this - only because if we have a matter where we need a specific document tag, I don't want to have to send an e-mail to an admin to add a tag for me. That's going to slow down production and it's inefficient.
