When I need to cut and paste documents to another folder, I have to select documents on the left side of the screen and then move my mouse all the way to the right of the screen to select cut from the "Action" button, then back to the left to select the folder to paste to, then back to the right to complete the paste. It would be helpful to have the action button moved to the left side of the screen to allow for a shorter, upward/downward mouse movement.
