In the Outlook Add-In, the ability to see, search or navigate by Clients (not just Matters) when saving an email to a matter. Possible ways to do this include:

* Show the associated Client with/next to each Matter in the Matter List

* An optional view where users can browse clients, then drill down to matters for that client

* The ability to enter a Client name or ID, and have matters for that client appear

Our firm has a number of matters that have very similar names (such as "General Matter" or "Contract Dispute"). Being able to search for a folder by client, not just by matter, when saving an email from the Outlook plugin would be very helpful.
