An option when, every time an email is sent, the LexWorkplace Outlook Add-In prompts the user: "Do you want to save this outgoing email to a Matter?

If user clicks 'Yes,' the user is prompted for a matter/location to save the email to.

This is an absolute must for Outlook Email integration. Right now important client emails and attachments stay "siloed" in the user's inbox/sent mail when they must be inside a LW Matter. This is too important not to force-save. This is a big thing we miss from Worldox.

Yes please! I spend so much time each day going through my sent emails and linking them to matters. If there was a prompt asking if this email links to a matter that would save so much time!
