Hi, we have just implemented LexWorkplace and one of the big things my users want to do is rearrange the order of the columns in the Clients, Matters and Firm Documents screens, and have those changes be persistent.

Yes, I second this. I think users should be able to rearrange columns to show what is most useful to them.
