The current 'Recent' drop-down and Home Page widget shows the most recently EDITED documents. This new feature would show both recently edited and OPENED documents (including documents that were opened but not changed/edited).

That is not a bug, the 'Recent' tab shows only recently edited or uploaded documents (documents that you open but do not change will not appear in this list).  
For the purpose of tracking this Feature Request, would you prefer:
A. The existing 'Recent' drop-down shows documents edited AND just opened, or
B. A Recent Documents tab or view per-matter (within the matter)

Do you find the 'Recent' drop-down at the top of LexWorkplace does not accomplish this for you?

LexWorkplace Product TeamSo far, it has not. It may be a bug on my end, but the recents drop-down only shows some recently edited documents and not all. Also, it only shows recently edited documents and not recently opened documents. I would like to be able to see recently opened documents. For example, if I was working on changing one document to be formatted like another and just wanted go back to that once they both were closed, I could only see the edited document and not the original because I did not edit the original.
