Michael Kaemper: Thank you for your input Michael and everyone. This feature is definitely on our "Top 5" list (of features to develop next). We'll keep everyone posted!

I agree--it is extremely time consuming to have do one at a time.

THIS would be so helpful. Saving single emails to cases is very very time consuming. This should be a top priority.

Batch-Upload Email (Outlook Add-In)
LexWorkplace Product Team
The ability to batch-upload emails to a matter, including potentially an entire folder in Outlook, from within the Outlook Add-In.
(Note that users CAN batch-upload emails from a file system [.eml files] today via the web interface.)

Why did you eliminate the drag and drop feature for uploading emails to the email folder of matter folders? It was recommended to me by one of your support staff, and it worked for about 10 months, until about 2 weeks ago. The "add to" link takes way too long. Either speed it up to be to be almost instantaneous, or make the drag and drop work again. Very irritating and time consuming to save emails without the drag and drop.

This is so time consuming as to be unworkable. Many litigation files have such a volume of emails that I'd need to hire a full time employee to perform the "add to" task. And of course if the emails are not uploaded, we can't search them.

We really need to be able to add multiple emails at one time. Especially for new users. This is way too cumbersome.

I'd like to see batch email upload, too. Even if just by selecting multiple emails within Outlook. Drag and drop sounds very nice, too.
