Save (New) Document Directly to LW

Currently, users can save new files to LexWorkplace via drag-and-drop (or the 'Upload' Button).
The planned new functionality will provide the ability to create new documents right from within LexWorkplace (without having to create outside of LW, save locally, then upload).
Once developed, users will see options under the 'New' top-nav drop-down button, and will provide options to create new file types, including:
* New Word Document
* New Excel Spreadsheet
* New Text File

New functionality, under the 'New' drop-down menu on the top Nav:
Client (Exists Now)
Matter (Exists Now)
Word Document (Creates New Word in the Current Location)
Excel Document (Creates New Excel Document in the Current Location)
WordPerfect Document (Creates New WP in the Current Location)
Text File (Creates New TXT in the Current Location)
Selecting a document (above) would create a new document in the current location then open the new document for editing.
