It would be helpful to receive notifications when Recipients of shared files access or download a file. Also, as occurred with a client today, overall communication would be improved with Recipients receiving notice when other Recipients access or download a file shared with multiple Recipients. I can see how this feature could become cumbersome for sharing among several Recipients; perhaps controlling the feature with a toggle selection during the setup of initial Sharing instructions would work.
