We repeatedly run into the issue where different user accounts are locking documents. No one in our office manually locks a document, but this often happens after someone opens and closes a document. This has resulted in delays and the inability to give clients accurate information.
I am requesting a feature that allows a user to request that another user unlock a document. This way, the request/ping/message would go straight to the locking user's computer and they could simply click "unlock". It is not always feasible to interrupt a meeting or a phone call to request that someone unlock a document. This feature would allow easier navigation of the documents.
